Lunchtime observations.

I work at a small restaurant on a college campus. I take notes during the lunch rush. Here they are...

Dear Whovians…

bittersweetmemoriess:

REBLOG if you miss the David Tenant days in Doctor who and are disliking the new days of Matt Smith… I need to know if I’m not the only one who thinks this!

Here’s the way this works. Doctor Who is inherently sad. Given enough time (ignore the pun), every character will die/leave the show. Whether it’s because they’re trapped in another dimension, shot, sacrificed themselves for the greater good - it’s irrelevant. Everyone dies. It’s a sad fucking show.

There was a while where I didn’t like 10-ant (see what I did there?) but, as I talked with a fellow Whovian, he assured me that, if I just give it time (ok, embrace this one), that I would like the 10th Doctor. This is exactly why I like the 11th Doctor. Because, he’s the same guy, but he’s not. He’s new, but he’s still old. He’s dead, but he’s alive.
